Classes are designed to push everyone’s limits. Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned cycling pro, indoor cycle sessions at The Spin Room will boost your strength & fitness.

Expect the unexpected, with each instructor having their own exclusive style.  Cadence, power, variable resistance, in & out of the saddle. This is a high intensity workout so be ready to sweat. A lot.



Are you new to cycling?  Never used a power meter before?  Unsure of the various metrics of the Watt Bike?  Interested in using interval training for weight loss & fitness improvement?  This class will help familiarise yourself with the Wattbike, training with power & explanations of why different training methods are used.  First time users are encouraged to attend this class to get set up & familiarised with the bike.  

All the Hills

7:30pm - 8:15pm

If hills are your thing, this is your class.  High resistance & HEAPS of being out of the saddle. Be prepared to hurt! 



If you're performance & metrics driven & you use a power meter for training & racing, this is the class for you.  The Threshold + Time-trial program is set around ten week training blocks with each session focused on improving a specific part of your riding.  The “Train In to Ride Out” message is heavily pushed & encouraged.  Participants are encouraged to bring a Garmin to record their performance & metrics.

Active Recovery

6am - 6:45am

You've gone hard over the weekend & need to turn the legs over or you just want to ease into the week? The lights are dim & the music is chill. Still expect to sweat. Start your week right.
